The name of M. Makataev is a precious legacy of  our nation. The teachers of Miras kindergarten,  Kalykova N.М., Kemaliyeva Zh.А., Kaluova А.Т.,  hold poetry event called “Zhyrlaidy zhurek”  dedicated to the master of Kazakh poetry, Mukagali  Makataev.

The event, dedicated to the works of the great poet,  was opened with a short performance abridged  from a poem “Akkular uiyktaganda”. Guests of the  event could hear the only saved record of the poet’s  voice. Written about 40 years ago, his poems still  sound contemporary. His continuous love for the  native land and people goes deeply in hearts.  Teachers recited extracts from “Altai-Atyrau” poem

as well as poems about love and friendship. In  addition, a song written in his poem, sounded at the  event, making indelible impressions on the  audience.
