Every kindergarten has its own rules – compliance with these rules helps us to coexist together in harmony and seamlessly. Strictly though Our Rules might sound they are developed with sole aim to ensure discipline in our kindergarten. 

1. The child should be taken to the kindergarten by 8.30 a.m.at the latest, and picked up from the kindergarten at the latest by 6.30 p.m. without prejudice to established day schedule.

2. Parents should hand the child over and pick the child up from the teacher personally without entrusting the child to third persons including persons under 18 years of age. The child should not be handed     over to drunken persons. The proxy parents shall have a notarized letter of authorization to accompany a child.

3. Parent shall take the child to the kindergarten in good health, tidy, in clean clothes and shoes. The child should have the spare set of clothes, indoor shoes, gym clothing and shoes.

4. It is necessary to watch what the child brings along to the kindergarten, it is prohibited to bring the dangerous objects. The teacher is not responsible for safe-keeping and integrity of those toys, expensive things (jewelry, mobile phones etc.) brought from home.

5. Parent shall duly (the day before or by 8 a.m.)  inform the kindergarten on impending absence of the child and illness. It is required to timely provide the medicine certificate from pediatrician  in case of absence of the child for more than 3 days and after leave as well. 

6. It is required to inform the day before when the child start attend classes after illness or leave.

7. It is required to notify (in written form) the head of the kindergarten on planned long-term absence of the child (for vacation time of the parents or treatment in health resort).

8. Parent shall duly follow doctor’s recommendations, and provide the required documents within 2 weeks.

9. It is not allowed to invite artists for birthday celebration, to bring food and sweets.

10. It is necessary to timely inform the teachers on change of home address, contact phone number and work place.

11.The kindergarten will communicate regarding the educational issues only with parents (official representatives) of children (grandparents are not eligible).

12. Parents shall be polite towards the kindergarten personnel, and avoid  solving the disputes in front of children and strangers.

13. It is prohibited to enter the game room, canteen or toilet room without teacher’s permission.

14. Parent shall pay a tuition fee to the kindergarten before the 25^th day of current month. In case of planned leave or treatment the parents shall pay tuition in full.

15. Parent shall observe the Kindergarten Chart, Rules for parents, Internal regulations and conditions under the agreement between parents and kindergarten.
